ServiceNow Solution Architect/Lead 

Key Role: 


Lead the planning and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across multiple client organizations. Provide technical leadership to delivery teams. Design solution architectures, implement technical features, extend the platform, and migrate from legacy ITSM tools. 

Basic Qualifications: 


-10+ years of experience as a system developer 

-7 years of experience with the design, development, and integration of ITSM platforms 

-4 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations 

-Experience with Agile development and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes 

-Experience with networking, servers, databases, and Web services technologies 

-BS degree 

Additional Qualifications: 

-Experience with other ITSM platforms, including Remedy and Siebel 

-TS/SCI clearance preferred 

-ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification 

-ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification 

-AWS Associate Level Certification 

-ITIL v3 Foundations Certification 

-Security+ Certification
