ServiceNow Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Provide day to day monitoring and management of our client’s ServiceNow instances currently including; Incident, Problem Change, Project, Procurement and Facilities • Develop new applications to support client’s business needs and maintain existing applications. Develop new self-service tools to reduce helpdesk staffing needs. Provide ServiceNow training and support to client’s user community. Develop preventative maintenance programs, disaster recovery plans and redundancy plans. • Maintain and test these plans regularly. Perform the necessary documentation additions, updates and deletions to the in-house documentation. Adhere to the design, programming and application standards as setup by the company
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 3 plus years of experience managing ServiceNow and developing applications • Prefer ServiceNow Certifications in Administration and Developement • Expert Java scripting knowledge. Knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration a plus • Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or required work experience
