Flow Manager Job Description:

Responsibility:-

• Kanban Flow Manager for large project and manage multiple tracks.
• Release planning based on MVP scope.
• Assist in Manage Project Demand Intake process by following Kanban Flow model.
• Co-ordinate & facilitate meetings for architectural and design discussion.
• Socialize and Educate internal customers/stakeholders about intake process.
• Collaborate with internal customers and manage expectations.
• Assist in process refinement and tuning.
• Manage Kanban Boards and keep all data as current as possible
• Monitor, Track and report status from Kanban board
• Assist in reviewing/drafting user stories or features.

Qualification:-

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and effectively manage multiple assignments
• Minimum 5yrs Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban is required.
• Previous Project Management experience is preferred
• Savvy in SharePoint and Office 365 products
• Experience using Leankit product is a plus
• Background in Big Data, Java, and cloud technologies is a plus
