Adoption Services Delivery Manager

Duties: 

The Adoption Services Delivery Manager will play a role supporting team efforts in performing product impact analysis, developing adoption program components, and coordinating global implementations.  This role will involve business analysis, product change impact assessment, implementation and migration coordination, presentation development, adoption SharePoint platform updates, and the successful application of the Adoption framework and methodology.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Support Adoption Leads in the development of global adoption programs through completing assignments in the areas of product impact analysis, and implementation planning.
  • Perform analysis, planning and deliverable development for impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, global communications campaigns, and member firm toolkit development.
  • Create and contribute to management presentations, creating graphics and presenting complex information in new and easy to understand formats
  • Translate product documentation, adoption program material and conversations with SMEs into Product Briefings that will be delivered to leadership in Member Firms.
  • Works in collaboration with Global Adoption Leads to produce high quality, visually high impact executive presentations in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Support team leaders in management of team tasks related to project assignments and content development including tracking and updating schedules (documentation matrix), reporting status and assigning and tracking action items.
  • Develop individual messages for distribution to senior stakeholders as well as end users.
  • Coordinate with internal Communications to ensure all stakeholders receive accurate, timely messages and that feedback is received and assessed
  • Performs a role in the administration and management of our internal SharePoint platforms including team portal sites, team collaboration sites, and member firm toolkit platforms.

Skills:

Business /Change Analysis:

  • Elicit change impacts and product implementation actions using interviews, document analysis, outputs of requirements workshops, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish project team requests from the underlying true needs
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.

Change Management:                              

  • Participate in information analysis and interviews to assess how the introduction of new products will impact people, process & technology within our member firms.
  • Perform interview to gather and/or perform analysis of interview data (performed by others) to develop summary reports of organizational alignment assessments.
  • Support the definition and creation of plans for member firms to communicate role changes, organizational changes within their firms

Communications:

  • Work with communications team to develop communication plans for the overall program
  • Develop integrated communication plans for member firm communications teams
  • Draft specific communications messages for review by adoption lead and program stakeholders.

Content Management:

  • Develop high impact executive presentations - key aspects of which are high impact visualizations, well-structured information categorization, effective storyline.
  • Develop descriptive implementation action plans and document maps for our member firm implementation toolkits.

 General:

  • Background working on large-scale international implementation of projects (Business and IT) 5 years
  • Understanding of business model, organizational structure and key roles
  • High-level understanding of change analysis and change management methods
  • Background working with large distributed systems implementation projects
  • Exercise high levels of creativity and clarity when presenting information
  • Develop graphics, charts, and diagrams for incorporation into a variety of documents
  • Background working with IT management processes and teams.

  • Candidate must have business change management and global experience , working across the delivery of transformation programs.
  • Prefer experience working and delivering change direct to end users, working in a federated (partnership model)
